Our classes include
Mixed Martial Arts: is a full-contact combat sport that teaches the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, from a variety of other combat sports and martial arts. MMA is the purest form of unarmed combat.
No Gi Jiu Jitsu: A self defense system that focuses on ground fighting without strikes. Learn different controlling positions, Chokes, Submissions, and how to defend them. Jiu Jitsu is one of the best styles for self defense purposes.
Kickboxing: Based on kicking and punching, our style is developed from Sport karate, kickboxing/Muay Thai, Tang soo do, and Boxing. We have expert Strikers that implement all of these effective striking styles into our kickboxing program.
